The premium supply of expert data is American.

The laboratories no longer buy crowd-sourced labels. They pay professionals — to write evaluation rubrics, grade clinical answers, author the tasks that models are trained and measured against. But the companies supplying that work are US-owned, US-hosted and US-contracted.

For a European laboratory bound by the EU AI Act, a British department handling sensitive material, or any buyer who must show precisely where its data came from, that supply chain is unusable. Juratum exists to be the alternative — sovereign at every layer: the professionals, the platform, and the paper trail.

Named professionals. No crowds, no anonymity.

   Credentials verified. Members are admitted from the regulated professions — solicitors, barristers, registered clinicians, cleared specialists — checked against the professional registers.

   Entry by assessment. Every candidate sits golden tasks — items with known, adjudicated answers — before touching live work. Acceptance rates are recorded and disclosed.

   Named accountability. Every item of work carries the identity and qualification class of the experts who made it.

   Continuous calibration. Agreement between experts is measured throughout every campaign. Work that falls below the measured expert baseline is removed — and deleted, not quietly retained.

All Juratum work is governed by the Juratum Standard — a published, versioned quality standard covering expert vetting, per-item rubrics, multi-expert adjudication, agreement measurement, contamination control and independent audit. Every deliverable cites the version of the Standard it was produced under.

No vendor in this market publishes one. We consider that the point.

Evaluation sets are private by default and auditable without disclosure: an independent auditor can certify a dataset against the Standard by cryptographically-committed random sampling — without the dataset ever leaving escrow.
